D.H.P.:

A direct hire is when the employer hires someone without having to place the individual as a temp. This allows the employer to test & see if an employee will work well for the company prior to any service agreement. Once the individual/or potential employee has accomplished the employer’s expectations then our company & the employer can carefully arrange an agreement of what type of service we can offer.
